Please send all DMCA notices to our designated agent:
Email: info@uraviontlex.com

Please allow up to 48 hours for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our internet service provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our DMCA agent:
1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the content
Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. Statement under penalty of perjury

4. Your name, address, and telephone number
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Statement of consent
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
If a counter-notice is received by our DMCA agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be replaced or access to it restored within 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, you may wish to contact an attorney before filing a notification with us.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
